In news that should surprise no one

It's official: I only like rubbish. I have tried a whole bunch of good shows and not enjoyed any of them: Madmen, that new Terminator one, and something else that slips my mind. In fact, the only bits I like about the Terminator one was John's emo teenage angst; for some reason I found this pleasing. Of course, I am still watching the new 90210 (I don't know why! It has a certain horrible fascination for me, even though they have very special episodes on the evils of drugs and all the teens look about 25, except for one who looks 30),* Fringe (I like the cow), and the Mentalist. Well, the last one just started but as I liked it, I bet it turns out to be crap.

* It has, however, functioned as the greatest ever anti-advertisement for Spring Awakening. Whenever they show bits of that I have to look for the remote and change the channel.
