Yeah, this is definitely no Mars or Silence (which are both actually quite good as opposed to just fun). It's very melodramatic. Liang is into Sui because they are OMG!destined!from!childhood, but I think also because she is really into design and is very very cute (at least I think the actress is adorable).
Sui likes her grudges, but then without it there won't be much of a plot. Maybe I am vindictive but I can somewhat get her reasons. I can't take the plot mcguffin very seriously (the whole fashion thing) but it actually adds to the fun.
