It's fairly recent - they used to charge for access to the service but now they've started giving it away free. Sadly none of their dubbed movies can be got that way, but anything that is airing now is up there.

I wish they had archives - they had some terrible sci fi thing up going on in the summer that I wouldn't mind seeing again. Even if it was awful. And made for about 20 euro.
