Stargate: Atlantis

I just watched the episode where Weir and Sheppard were possessed by alien beings and then Weir pwned everyone and tried to kill Sheppard and IT WAS EXCELLENT. She should do this every episode. Well, she could alternate it with trying to kill McKay. That would be a great show.

AND TEYLA WAS AWESOME.

AND YES.

Sorry.

Capslocky again. Anyway. Keep your love for this episode close. It's the last time the producers let Weir hold a gun.

When Teyla knocked Sheppard out and kicked him in the head it was so sweet. Her and Weir would rule the world if only they would let their inner woman run free.

Now that would be a show I'd watch. Inner women running free? Kicking Sheppard in the head? What's not to love?

I was a bit astonished by how much I loved that head-kicking scene. And Elizabeth trying to kill him made it all perfect. Clearly I have issues.

I think the Lantis people are too frightened of how to write women to ever try something like that, though. :/

I think the low point was the lady alien 'scientist' who needed McKay because when the all the buttons on this piece of ancient technology started flashing she had no idea what to do. That and McKay and Sheppard arguing over how hot she was.

And yet I am still watching.

I think Weir was so awesome she scared the wibble producers so much that her fate was sealed.

God I could have so much fun with Freud with this one.

Well. Yes. Also. Her fate was finally sealed when Higginson kept asking why there weren't any women producing/writing, and why they didn't give her and Teyla any sort of interaction.

why they didn't give her and Teyla any sort of interaction.

See, this is where she was wrong. Often they were in the same room listening admiringly to McKay and Sheppard as they talk. That's important interaction there.

I feel that the producers probably have no idea why any woman would not be delighted to stand in the background as the white menfolk do manly and intelligent things.
