I try not to think of Lochley as an Ivanova replacement, because while she's taken over what would have been Susan's position in the show-universe she doesn't and obviously can't be filling Susan's wider plot functions in terms of how season 5 was written. That makes it a little bit better. But yeah, she's annoying entirely on her own merits, too. I do block her out of my mental Season 5 a lot.
