I'm up to episode 11 and I am delighted that we have finally a (sort of) return of the Giant Hair. Wife is also still crazy and puppy hating and so deliciously evil that she is running neck and neck with Crazy Eyes from Stairway to Heaven for sheer entertainingness.
The plot developments have been utterly thrilling, though perhaps not so action packed as the first 4 episodes. Hero (Yong Gi) and Heroine (In Jung) finally got together, each one of them unknowing that Yong Gi's brother-in-law was the adulterous Eyebrows with whom In Jung had an affair so many years ago. An affair for which the Kdrama gods had punished her beyond reason, I feel, by ruining her career, making her lose a baby, sending her to jail, killing one parent, and crippling the other. Of course, there was a horrified meeting between In Jung and Hero's family - and Eyebrows, WHICH WAS ALL REALLY EXCITING. There was covering up and determination to give up Hero, but he was pretty persistent and refused to be shaken for a good bit and even had an excellent car chase. Oh, and In Jung's crippled father had about 10 minutes of happiness and then died in a scene of immense melodrama. I might have a laughed a bit because I have no soul.
Of course, Giant Hair is also having an affair with the chauffeur, which still doesn't stop her trying to kill the heroine for being a fallen woman who once had an affair with her husband. I love the bits where she's all 'Bitch! You tried to steal my man! I cuts you good!' and then starts laying around her with her handbag. Hero's father died and left (shockingly!) most of his shares to Hero who now controls the company despite just really wanting to be a artist and paint heroine and do interior decorating. He is now all embittered and determined to wreak vengeance - which I cannot wait for, especially as he is now building a resort over the poor village where she runs a poultry shop and turfing aged people out on the streets. I am really hoping for a spot of blindness and amnesia for the heroine because then my cup would run over with joy.
But! Without further ado, some screen shots of the return of the Giant Hair:

In car getting it on with chauffeur. Probably thinking about hating puppies and rainbows. Note that the hair is not quite fully returned

Here is a full return of Giant Hair in all its awesomeness

Snarling like she usually does

After one of her many drinking bouts

Looking happy for once. Mind you, I think this the scene where her and her mum are plotting against the hero and how they can destroy him, which probably explains the happiness.
I am quite excited by the sheer number of WTF doramas I have the opportunity to watch: the one about the man stalked by deer and, of course, RH+, that excellent show about gay, teenage vampires who fight crime and other vampires with silverware.
