The remake of V on ABC

So, given that this features a Homeland Security agent as its heroine and that apparently ideas about the effectiveness of torture were often largely gleaned from watching Jack Bauer on 24, how long before someone decides that they can justify their actions as watching against invasions of rat-eating, hinged-jaw alien overlords?

I just came up with a 'do not want' tag for this. Prove me wrong, ABC!
