James Brown and the 4400

Went to see James Brown last night at the Greek Theatre. That's some great show he has. From the show I totally want:
1. His shiny capes
2. His MC person who comes on and tells you all how great James Brown is and urges you to cheer him at pivotal points in the show. I could totally see my life being better with someone like that to urge people to applaud and praise me.
The 4400 really knows how to handle an evil baby. So I'm a bit sad that it looks like she is now an adult and no longer all innnocent and killer, which is a great combination. Poor Lily - but at least she won't have to deal with the awkward teenage years which surely would have ended in blood and death.
And Diana and Marco kissed and all is right with the world. But good lord, what was that shirt he was wearing? It was seriously scary.
I wasn't quite so impressed by the Jordan Collier Castaway impression, but I guess that's the price of an otherwise good episode

Date: 2005-08-28 10:29 pm (UTC)If you are a James Brown fan you might be interested in this short film (really just a BMW commercial), but its also got Clive Owen.

And if you find that one entertaining, check out the one Guy Ritchie did (I think he was working out some pent up aggression against his wife).
