My good peasant stock failed me
Jan. 27th, 2011 07:41 pmI have spent the past 3 days in the grips of flu. I have slept abut 18 hours a day, surfacing like some groggy monster to watch an hour of TV and then staggering back to bed. As someone who comes from excellent peasant stock I rarely get ill and when I do I am always deeply offended at the health gods.
Now to watch TV for a bit and stagger back to bed. I have to teach tomorrow, woes... Hopefully I don't fall asleep in mid-lecture.
ETA: Hey, my 2 hours of wakefulness coincided with Community! I haven't had the chance to watch that in ages.
