Just wanted to wish everyone on my flist a great holiday and if you don't celebrate it, then I hope you got to at least have time off to spend with your family mocking all the mad shoppers.

Because my mum has dial-up and her cruel neighbours seem not to have heard of wireless (or not wireless that I can steal. Where is their holiday spirit?!!) I am suffering the agonies of no real internet access. Luckily, said agony is counteracted by the awesomeness of seeing my family again and getting to be home for the holiday. Tomorrow we will eat the ritual tofurkey* and drink too much and watch Doctor Who on the telly.


*Much better than you would imagine and beats nut roast hands down.

I am not sure if my honour is affronted by being called a scurvey wastrel or not! I shall have to ponder it over brandy brought to me by an age retainer.
